I’m Olivia, the founder of The Party Booth in Mudgee. I’m a mum of three, a lover of a good party, and someone who genuinely cares about making your event unforgettable.
I started this business because I saw how much the right energy can completely transform a wedding or event. Not just photos… but moments. Connection. Fun that feels natural, not forced.
When you book The Party Booth, you’re not just hiring equipment - you’re getting someone who’s all in on making your night feel incredible. And with over 13 years experience in TV Production, I aim to bring all the light’s, camera, action your event needs!

Not all Photo Booth’s are created equal - and neither are the experiences they bring. We take on a limited number of events each moth to keep every experience at a high standard - and dates do book out quickly.
MODERN BOOTH
The newest addition to The Party Booth and already the most popular! A modern photo booth design that's perfect for a wedding, a large party, corporate event or any party that needs high-res images and prints.

A popular choice for country weddings and corporate events! A classic, Vintage Photo Booth design that delivers all high-res photos and prints for your special event.

SELFIE BOOTH
A fully digital booth that's the perfect interactive experience for all your guests! All the photos, GIF's and Boomerangs you can take. This photo booth gets dropped off at your location, set up, and then packed down at the end of your booking time. All we need is a safe, level space (indoor or undercover) for the booth, 3m x 3m of space, and access to a powerpoint and WIFI.

- unlimited photos, GIF's and boomerangs
- SMS and email sharing. Airdrop and QR codes available on request.

Pricing starts at $550 for a half-day Selfie Booth rental, with the final cost depending on the type of booth, hire duration, and add-ons like prints, flower walls and travel.

We offer 3 booth types. The Modern Booth and the Vintage Booth are dslr camera booths with studio lighting. We also off the ring-light Selfie Booth experience. Each includes quality cameras, fun props, personalised templates, and digital sharing.

A photo booth is perfect for any event that brings people together. Our booths are regularly hired for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, brand activations, balls/galas, school formals and reunions!

Yes! Each photo booth booking includes setup before your event and pack down at the end, so you don’t need to worry about logistics. We do generally have a slightly different system for weddings. Get in touch to find out more.

Yes — after your event, you’ll receive a link to your digital photo gallery within 48 hours, so you can download and share all the memories.

It’s best to reserve early, especially for weddings and peak seasons, as popular dates can book out quickly. We accept bookings up to a year in advance.

Free delivery is available within ~20 km of Mudgee; travel to other Central West NSW locations will incur a travel fee.
